Neuchâtel soil, being the geological extension of Burgundy, is ideal for the Chardonnay.
A touch of acidity sustains the character of this vine. The fullness of flavour on the palate gains in complexity after being laid up for two to three years.
Pale gold in colour, of a lively, floral aroma, heavy on the palate, our Chardonnay is above all a dinner wine that goes well with fish in sauce, shellfish and cheese.
Will lay down for 1-10 years
